I love multi headshots with my 10mm though some times i do end up running for my life it is under powered even after i leveled it up

I got a 10mm that does extra limb damage. On semi-auto mode with vats, it is one leg hit tko on just about everything.

Still though nothing like picking off mutiple ghouls with a 10mm through vats

10mm is a good pistol. Some people focus too much oh alpha damage and forget that DPM can also rule. 10mm sadly isn't as good as the Deliver when you get the option to get it. Though I think the 10mm gets better range so it really counts on how close you get to targets when using a pistol.

Explosive 10mm - Great in most situations - really good to find an explosive 10mm, they are great.
Explosive Western Revolver - OP damage, good in half of the situations.

Wastelanders' Friend is great for crippling enemies then just walk up and put them away with your 2076 World Series Bat.

But if you are a VATS user, get the Deliverer and mod it up to maximize VATS. When you do you can get 16 shots in one VATS using only half your AP then do it again after the reload.

If it is still alive after 32x 10mm rounds it probably doesn't have enough HP left to be a real threat.

Legendary Mythic Deathclaw probably could. I don't think i have a wounding 10mm, so i can't check for sure though.

It'll take them down most times, all depends on when they mutate. With how bleeding damage works its normally not a problem.

I picked up a legendary 10mm that does 15pts fire damage. Upgraded fully with silencer and short recon scope it's one of my favorite weapons. Short to Medium range, great for killing mobs of ghouls. Can't remember the name off the top of my head.
