Cant get the Nuka-World Quest "All-Aboard"

After reaching lvl 30, I expected to see the quest appear.

So far, it hasnt.
Ive restarted the game, looked through the radio stations on my Pip-Boy, but nothings worked.
I do have Automatron installed and I havent done that storyline AT ALL, so do I have to complete that to get the quest or do I have to just wait a bit?

You could try travelling to the Nuka World Transit Center and triggering the questline that way. Here's the map with it's location if you want to try that.
