Fallout start-up crash & Texture glitch FML

So I spent all day yesterday trying to fix the crash I tried the full screen and the boardless windowed version I got it working for a bit then my textures were ♥♥♥♥♥♥ beyond recognition when ever I was inside a building. So I'm reaching out to the community for help.

Check for an nvidia control panel or other GPU software, there's a GTX 950M available on some S-55C models and it's not showing up for you. You may have to force the laptop to run fallout using the nvidia GPU ('performance' mode).

If you only have the intel integrated graphics... you may as well stop fighting it and get a refund.
