If you are planning on playing the dlcs anyway theres no reason not to buy the whole thing on sale.
I played the game from the beginning and have restarted with new characters after the DLC.
It changes the game quite alot to have the DLC installed. You have different weapons drop , building is easier for settlements with more items.
Quest perks and building items
I disagree, I enjoyed them all.
Besides, I am in the middle of constructing Vault 88. I found a few things I didn't know before and things started to work better.
