Lucky Rabbit's Foot
Has anyone been able to obtain one without the console?

Supposedly it spawns (very rarely) on dead raiders in Nuka World. When it is equipped in the granade slot, it provides +3 Luck and 10% to exp.

It's a very, very, low chance of a drop by raiders, and I've only gotten it once.

Can it be pickpocketed? or does it only spawn on death like Synth Component.

That's weird; as a legendary item, it should be getting generated along with the NPC (legendary item placement is normally handled along with applying the legendary health-restoration effect), especially since enemies with legendary items can end up using them during battle.

There looks to be some sort of "AllowGrenades" condition that's getting set somewhere (which is in the mod conditions for legendary grenades), but there's some confusing stuff about the legendary grenades, since it looks like it has ten different versions of each legendary grenade mod type for some reason.

It's not inside of the legendary loot leveled list, It's a random spawn with a very low chance that's in the general loot leveledl ist for the nuka world raiders.

I didn't see any reference to it there myself, but I'm running an update on the Creation Kit right now, so I'll see if it shows up there afterwards. It might depend on what particular raider types are using the relevant list.

I know this for a fact, because I looked at the legendary loot list for nuka world and the commonwealth extensively, I'm not sure what list the lucky foot is in, but that's because i don't have the time to check it out.

It's not like there's a set list for most legendary items; they're script-generated.

EDIT: Come to think of it, the way the legendary grenades are being presented is kind of weird, since they're essentially unique (not legendary variants applied to a normal grenades). I wonder if they changed during development.

It would be useful to know which list you've seen it on, once you have time to look, since it may not be used for all raider types.

Proof?
Cause there is not a single loot Leveled List entry with this item anywhere

Someone was probably using a mod that added it to loot list or was spreading misinformation about it having low chance to drop from raiders
