Help clearing Med-Tek

I'm a little over 250 hours in game play and have taken to clearing out all the map locations that I can. Wondering what the secret to clearing out Med-tek is. I've spent two solid hours going in and out of every room making sure all enemies are gone (all turrets included, I think), completed Long Road Ahead ages ago, and gotten the Massachusetts Medical Journal (though I'm not sure if notable items are required to clear an area.)

I've searched around a bunch but it's tough to not just come up with a bunch of results about finding the terminal password, any help is appreciated.

Some quest locations will never be marked as cleared. I think Med-tek is one of them.

Yeah I know there are a bunch, but that's a bummer. Thanks for the reply. I'm currently sitting at 444 locations discovered and only 221 cleared. Any clue if there's a list of locations discoverable vs clearable? Another thing I've searched with zero luck.

Yeah I mentioned I already completed that quest, still not cleared. Do you have it cleared?

Not really lol. I've played the game. I'm 250 hours in. I've completed all the side quests, MacCreedy included. Like I mentioned, I'm looking for a legit answer here.
