AMMO NOT WORKING

So i swap weapons it says "missing ammo required' even though i have over 1000 of that ammo type and i even showed that! and some times it doen't even show it or doesn't shoot! The only thing thats safe is my combat shotgun and my sword (well duh) Help?!

normally just fast traveling or switching weapons a couple times fixes it

Im on Survival and I've already tried switching weapons ;-;

reload your save or try dropping your ammo and picking it back up

Did that too, and droping/picking up only works until i switch weapons

thats really weird. When ever I had that problem I did those and it fixed it, well i hope someone else can help you

I found out what it was, it was a mod that made guns jam and i guess i doen't work with modded weapons.... Yaaaaay...

Jamming was by far the worst part of fallout 3 and new vegas gunplay. Why the hell would you mod that crap back in?

I wanted to make the game harder.... which it did... by messing up my modded weapons....

Weapon jamming was a neat feature. I remember the More Jams mod for New Vegas, which enabled weapon jamming during the expidenture of a magazine, not after putting a fresh one in. I honestly think it would've done so well in Fallout 4, especially considering that a very large majority of the raiders and neutral NPCs use ghetto ass hand made weapons. That ♥♥♥♥ would jam more than pretty much any other gun you'd find.

Weapon jams also put emphasis on maintaining your gear so you could keep on truckin', not giving a ♥♥♥♥. I miss the equipment degredation system oh so much.
