2 - Sleep in an interior location for 12 hours
3 - awaken and leave the location
4 - walk around a moment until you get "Cait liked that"
5 - go back inside
6 - go to step #2 and repeat

Just keeping a companion with you raise it. Just play/scavenge like usuall and she'll be full before you know it. Especially while you're building.

All companions naturally raise their affinity just by traveling, about equal to one "Like" per game day.

I have gotten nothing but Hates and Dislikes from Strong, but after about one game month, he was Idolizing me.

actually found it faster to go in and out my house in dimond city, sleep 2 hrs naked and go out over and over in and out.
