How to Change Faction Rep

[Hello, Me Again]

So I did like 1 institute mission and realized I need to get ballistic weave but need to do some railroad missions. How(through console commands or otherwise) can I get them to like me enough to start the missions because right now Deacon told me to get the hell out and not come back and nobody will talk to me anymore.

lol I tried the command but it didn't change anything and didn't help.
