Lady Luck/Legend of Vault 88 CTD - Still need help
Everytime i finish lady luck and get the legendary vault suit just to get a ctd, ive almost given up and have changed and changed the load order and cant find a fix could i have some help?

EDIT: If no one knows a fix just giving me the stages for Lady Luck would be great
EDIT: Nope, still crashes when I complete the quest (becoming overseer through console) especially by getting Legend of Vault 88.

Same thing happening to me exactly. Trying to figure out a workaround. Will be disabling mods at the moment to try and target the culprit.

Have you verified your game cache? Any mods? Specs?

So i was able to get past this bug, i only had to turn off one mod and luckily it was the first i picked. TD_DLC01Workshop Addons.esp (located in the Plugin section of NMM) from the mod Settlement Keywords Expanded. Good luck if this helps anyone!

Start by looking at any mod that edits the vault suit. Also, simply DISABLING your mods will not always work since the mod's files are still in your Data folder. If any of those files match a vanilla file's name and location, the game will use it. That's exactly how a REPLACER works - no plugin (ESP) is necessary. If any of those files are bad, you can disable plugins until your eyes bleed and you'll still have the problem.

The most effective way to find a bad mod is to UNINSTALL them a few at a time until the game doesn't crash. Then install the last batch one at a time until you find the culprit.

Got it. I dont have a ton of knowledge about mods and didnt know that in particular. So if the future i will take your advice and put it to good use. :)

I found the best way I could around it by using console. I had to give the overseer her overseer without getting Lady Luck, then I had to kill her and spawn Lady Luck. But that was two months ago.

maybe I am too late, But to anyone that stumbles upon this, check if perhaps you AWKCR, Armors and Weapons Keywords Community Resource, namely this mod[www.nexusmods.com] Installed.

This mod caused me to crash.
It could be armor smith extended and its dependencies because one of its dependencies and the above two mods when disabled through the MO, fixed the problem.

Years into the Future here! For anyone who comes across this thread in search for an answer to this problem That I also had. For me it was caused by Armorsmith Extended /url https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/2228 Hope this helps! :steamhappy:
