Phyllis won't leave
I managed to talk her into letting me set up my doom fort at the marina, but she won't leave, she just meanders about the lower level of the store, repeating herself. She doesn't even bother to help during raids.
It's been like an in game week and i'm sick of it.
Is she bugged or do i just have to wait longer? Because i'm pretty close to just shooting her so i can finish upgrading the bottom floor.

she does not leave, and no it's not a bug. If you want to change her, the only way to do it is with a mod. Mod will allow her to be come a settler, will as defend the place. The mod is called clean and smooth egret tours marina.

Author of the mod is okie1682, check beth.net for it. Your other option is to wait, she kills herself, or she gets killed by a settler.

Phyllis is one of the NPC that can die at raids, just happend to me. marina gets raided and when i moved inside after the fight a headless Phyllis was there (and she wasnt shot by me)
