Radiation poisoning

Hey so I'm new to Fallout 4 and was wandering what you use to get rid of radiation poisoning

RadAway, or the cleansing arch available with the vault-tec workshop dlc (built in settlements).
That, or pay a doctor to clear it up for you.
If your radiation level goes down low enough, it'll be stopped.

Minor correction: Decontamination arch is Wasteland Workshop DLC, about the only useful thing in the DLC.
