Missing meshes

So yeah, i redownloaded fallout 4 and some of the meshes are missing. For example the streets, and the walls of the vaults. Tried verifying it but they're still missing, sooo what do i do?

I tried removing mods to see if they were causing it, but my streets of my city aren't there

How long have you played this game (Hours), your profile is private.

Has it run ok befroe ?

Disable all mods, verify your game cache and this will replace any missing meshes (and any other files screwed up by the mods and the act of removing them.)

Then reenable mods if you desire.
