Mass Fusion bug (spoilers, i guess)

I can't go any further w/ the Mass Fusion quest. I'm told to relay to the Mass Fusion building, but after taking the elevator to the relay room, I'm unable to actually relay, since the door is supposedly locked with a key. Console commands won't help, since I'm having this bug on a PS4.

Well that is how the mission is supposed to be played. I suspect you've broke the mission using console commands rather than doing things in the proper order.

Regardless, see the wiki and describe which step you are getting hung up on .

if you'd read the OP, you'd have noticed this little strand of text; "Console commands won't help, since I'm having this bug on a PS4. ""
