Far Harbor took me probably 20 hours, and I didn't mess around much. I've heard some say they did it in a lot less. But I saw everything it felt like. (I didn't care much for the main story of it.)
The building dlcs could add a couple 100 hours if you're into them. My next run I think I'm going to focus more on them. But I haven't done anything with them yet really. Like 1 hour between all 3.
Nuka World. I'm taking my time with it, and probably have 30 hours into it. Exploring everything though. Probably have 10 more hours into it. But I can see some players and some runs I'd skip Nuka completely. Far Harbor too.
I'd say skip Far Harbor unles you are really into synths. And maybe Skip Nuka World if you don't want to buddy with raiders. They are funny though, I enjoy them. But I don't feel like I'm super evil or anything for teaming with them. They aren't like cannibal monsters or at least don't let us go on those types of missions.
Automatron missions are very quick, but I think just having those extra robot spawns in the wasteland make the game much more enjoyable. Some of those random spawns are toughest fights in game.
