Is there a way to make notes on terminals and custom holotapes with mods?

Look. I know I ask a lot from people about this game for modding and stuff. But this is one of my most burning questions for this game with mods right now. Is there a way to make custom notes on things like terminals built from the settlement workbench, and or a way to make custom made holotapes? Just tell me where to look, and I'll reward you if you want. But nothing like games or anything like that for rewards, because I'm pretty much broke on money right now.... But I can probably give you something else like gems or something! Or if you're REALLY helpful and sub me on YouTube, I'll buy you something off the steam store and gift it to you, but I'll make it a budget of 35 US dollars. Oh, and make sure to comment on my YouTube discussion page "I subscribed" so I know who to give the rewards to. Thanks guys, and I'm not joking about the rewards thing either.
