Edit: I might also be mistaken...about which door are we talking here about exactly?
Edit: around the 5:55 mark:

Just asking because that place was super buggy for me. Sometimes she's scan them. sometimes she wouldnt. sometimes she'd scan and the doors still wouldnt open.
Scan things? I have no idea what you talk about. How do they look like? I just checked the walls. Nothing at the walls.
Edit:
Around the 10:20 mark, he's entering the test area...
Edit2: can you make a screenshot from that door?
There's a bug that locks the door and stops you from being able to access the Fusion core which is the reward for the little quest in there. The bug triggers if your first visit to the General Atomics factory is after rescuing ADA. So if you want to access that area, go to the GA factory before starting Automatron. (You can have the first quest in your log, but don't go get Ada)
Thanks but this part worked fine for me. It isn't related to the mini quest there.
when in doubt, TCL
This reminds me of that hidden island in the first mission of Goldeneye on the N64. People were freaking out (As much as they could in the pre-internet days) over trying to find out how to get there.
After people hacked the game with Gamesharks and revealed nothing there, it just turned out the island was meant for an abandoned objective that got cut from the final game. I wonder how many GameSharks that sold.
Also, at least for me, there was only a cooler and a coffe cup in there...so you're not missing something..
