Console Unlock Construction Objects

I was wondering if there are console commands that will unlock building objects like the vault tech power generator blueprints for instance so you can just start building and dont have to do all the questing first. I've been looking around but no luck, any help would be appreciated.

I don't think there's a universal command, the only way I can thik of doing it is setting the stage where those workshop items unlock in their respect quests (or setting the quest to finished).
