Report a translation problem
Go to Fallout 4's install directory and right click on Fallout4.exe, go to properties, then the compatbility tab, and ensure that "Override high DPI scaling behavior" is ticked, and that scaling is peformed by 'Application.

This worked for me. Every time Ive reinstalled FO4 I've always had to find some hacky work around. But this... this here works like a champ no hacky editing of INIs no downloading a mod not 3rd party fix.
