Changing a modders mod (Body.nif)
So, what I want to do is remove the NEVERNUDE body on a companion mod I downloaded, and replace it with the CBBE nude body.
I am pretty good with the Creation Kit and I'm hoping I can just load up the CK and make the change but I doubt it will be that easy.

Can anyone explain to me how I would do this? I have everything I'll need, considering I'm a mod author myself, such as BAE and CK etc etc, but I was hoping someone has done this before and could point me in the right direction.
Thanks ahead of time.

And please don't waste a comment space saying we shouldn't change another persons work. That's literally what modding is.

Again thanks!

(I fixed my particular mods issue thanks to a user here, but I would still like to know how it's done for future projects.)

The way it's done is with Outfit Studio and Bodyslide. It's the simplest and fastest way.

Look into tutorials on how to use that tool and more specifically zap sliders (they remove parts of a mesh that either clip or you don't need).

no, its only you, there are videos complaining about the cc from the 31.08.2017 which shows the prices and it was 750 for $7.99 since its release. :)

For all female body and outfit changes you need to have BodySlide & Outfit Studio from the nexus. It's not actually a mod that loads with FO4, but a tool that works in conjuction with NMM. Once installed you can access it from the tools menu at the top of NMM. There are numerous vids on YouTube that help with it's use. Look for ones made by a user named "Gopher", I think his are the best. I'm a novice with it myself, but have been using it since Skyrim's early days and can say that it's fairly simple once you get used to it.

As far as the Heather Casdin mod goes, you need to drop the Meshes & Texture folders from her NMGP addon into the FO4 data folder. That removes the underware and gives her the CBBE curvy body.

To make changes to the CBBE body & her clothing you will need the body slide files extracted and added to the FO4>Data>Tools>Bodyslide Folder.

For specific questions related to her mod, try posting on her Nexus page, I find that she is very dedicated to her work, and will answer most questions a user has. Have been a big fan of her work since Willow in FONV.

I'm actually REALLY good with Outfit Studio and Body Slide, but I had no idea about this "Zap Sliders" thing, I'm really curious now, thanks for the tip bro!
If it was that easy all along then I was being a complete idiot overlooking the obvious, and I guess that makes sense. lolololol.

Thanks everyone for the answers.

PS: How did this topic get derailed to CC pricing? lol. But since it did, from what I heard, Bethesda put SOME of the items on sale because they weren't selling very many... I should say Zenimax because I'm sure this whole thing was Zenimax's idea. Probably why Todd Howard didn't want any part of it and sent poor Pete Hines to take the heat during E3. But if they want their jobs and big paychecks, they'll obey their Zenimax masters. It's just too bad Zeni doesn't realize the price isn't what we have a problem with. We aren't the COD community. We are the Bethesda modding community. We actually have free thinking minds.
