The coil whine in my graphics card right?
Yeah, my evga 980ti ftw 6gb card has been around about 60C when playing fallout 4. Thinking of getting a evga 1070 ftw 8gb card and see if that improves it.
I have V-Snyc on, it happens now and then when in settlements or Diamond city and the fps drops then goes up to 60 again. Not sure if its due to over building my settlements and thats causing the fps and ctds?
Nope, i have a evga platnium edition 750 watt psu. One of the finest.
Yes, i do have an SSD and a HDD i did an error check and there were no issues with both. Its likely to be my gpu or one of my fans i have noticed thats making a noise when i turn on my computer. Im not really an expert on this stuff but i would like to get it solved. Things or always fail even if they are top of the range or not.
Yes, its in open space and in a good place for air flow.
Also, a bearing going bad can be checked by simply giving the tower a "shake". However, if it is a bearing issue, it is only a matter of time. My CPU fan is starting to act like Vault 13's water chip.
See what i did there, tied it back to the Fallout centric forum!
However even good hardware can go faulty, its just on of those things with electonics. best thing would be to take the side off your case and hear where the noise is coming from.....
