It might help to go into the Settings menu, then Gameplay and disable all of the auto save functions. When you go through a load door the game auto saves and that can cause a bit of a delay.

Also, try setting Shadow Distance on medium and Godrays off.

Edit; What is an "m.2"?

If you're using mods, there is a Load Accelerator mod which improves load time whn changing areas by unlocking the 60 FPS limit. Here's a Forum thread where this mod is discussed.

NVMe SSD drive that Looks like a ram stick. Bypasses the SATA bus and goes directly thru PCIe via a special socket. Very fast, but won't matter to FO4 loading problems.
I have one (a Samsung 960 pro) as a system drive and a couple 850 pro sata type SSDs for all my installed games and some loading screens to outdoor Commonwealth can take a couple minutes.

I posted in another thread that you can alt-tab out and back into the game during these long waits, and it will instantly finish the loading. No idea why, but it works.

Try this since it seems to work:

Darn, when I used the alt tab method, it worked great the first two times, but on the third, the game crashed so badly, I had to restart my computer. Time for that mod, huh?

I've observed that the slow loading times are primarily experienced when transitioning through doorways. An example of this can be seen in a Brotherhood of Steel quest, where you take an elevator out to the Commonwealth. In this case, the transition is not through a conventional door, but through the elevator's upward journey, and the loading time is notably quicker, takes less than 10 seconds.

Load time is tied to FPS so if you followed the 60FPS Trendies without a clue, WRONG.
This does not share engines with Skyrim Original but with Skyrim SE, need to break that limit but with the right setup. What vertical refresh frequency is your monitor capable of ?
