[SOLVED] Blurry Textures (only after loading screens)
I've read so many threads on the problem for blurry textures, and I've managed to partially fix the problem by using ENB Boost, such that when I launch the game the textures are fine. My problem is when I travel through screen loading rooms or fast travel, the textures then become blurry.

I installed the ENB Boost to fix the blurry textures problem, but as I stated, when I travel, textures become blurry again (see video below) - haven't been able to find anyone with this same problem so I don't know what to do to fix it. Looking for any help people can offer.

Playing in Borderless Fullscreen.

Here's some of my relevent fallout4.ini settings (set to read only):
uExterior Cell Buffer=47
iTextureDegradeDistance0=2700
iTextureDegradeDistance1=6000
iTextureUpgradeDistance0=400
iTextureUpgradeDistance1=2400

...and some relevent fallout4prefs.ini settings (set to read only):
iTexMipMapSkip=-1
uExterior Cell Buffer=47

Draw Distance = 6000
Motion Blur is off
Volumetric Lighting is off
Bokeh is off

ENB Boost enblocal.ini settings:
[MEMORY]
ForceVideoMemorySize=true
VideoMemorySizeMb=1600

System specs:
Win10 64bit
i5 3470 3.2GHz
8BG RAM
GTX 670 2047MB
SSD

idk what other info you need, let me know.

Any help is appreciated!

[SOLUTION]: ENB Boost enblocal.ini settings, VideoMemorySizeMb was set too low (missing a zero!) Set to 16000 and works fine now. Thanks all for the helps!

@Mringasa - I checked that actually, the DX11 test. The value that comes back to me is:
Video Memory available (Mb): 28032.

I subtracted some as was suggested (300 + about 100-150 for windows stuff I think), so I figured 1600, but I will try a higher value and see how that works.

@ÐÜÐĘŞåܩʙ - I tried Windows and nvidia high performance power options but same result.

16000 might work better than 1600.

your pc is having a hard time keeping up , it's taking awhile for the textures to load ,
the 670 was good in it's day , but that day has come and gone ,
it's a 2 gig card , running a game that wants 6+

If I had to count the number of minor mistakes I've made, that turned out to be real annoyances, then got help from the various modding types, I'd be here half the day. Lol. It's all good. Sometimes it just takes a second glance from someone else to pick something up you missed. Have fun with you game, and glad I could help. :)

haha no kidding. I think I was googly-eyed in the end, after having spent hours figuring the various tools out and adjusting settings and such. Thx again :accat:
