Proctor Ingram and Reactor Coolant

I've blown up the Institute via the Minute Men route. I want to see Proctor Ingram about doing the Reactor Coolant quest. I can't find her. Any ideas where she is? Ive checked where she's been on the Prydwen and at the Airport.

If I remember correctly she is on the command deck, down by the controls, same place you find Kells.

Her spots are; the main ground entrance to the airport central building, the power armor repair area on the main deck, and by two other spots depending on point in the story and wether or not you sided with the brotherhood (workbench build area and Predwen main controlls near Kells).
She doesn't allways stay near Kells and usually goes back to her main *job* spot with the power armor stations once the main story has been finished.
