Face Sculpting broken (SOLVED)

Ok, I just bought Fallout 4, and it has allready bugged out. for some stupid reason, when customising my face, pressing none of the buttons it specifically TELLS me to press do anything.

This is so frustrating PLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEASE help me.

And if this never does work, Im getting a refund

It works fine with keyboard mouse. I guess your using a controller?

Face sculpting has few glitches. Sometimes it works well, but sometimes it bugs out for both keys and UI.

If you are with mouse, then try moving the mouse to any part of the face that allows you to edit it. Do that and come back. It should now show proper face sculpting menu and keys should also work correctly.

I'd suggest going to youtube and looking for videos of character creation, to help you understand what controls do which things, and when. There are fiddly bits to deal with, in that menu. While the sculpting is actually really amazing, the interface is junk.
