Help needed!

So I'm in Vault 81, trying to get the Hole In The Wall quest. Won't start because Dr Penske is stuck in the floor. Anyone know how to fix this?

I've seen people recommend fast travelling far away from problem area and maybe sleep/do other stuff for a few days in-game, gives the cell time to reset.

I've tried Teleporting far away, restarting game, sleeping. Nothing seems to be working. Getting a little frustratting!

You could try using console commands to get them to "teleport" to you if your keen on using them. I don't use it so can't help further if you do.

How would I teleport her using commands?

id suggest trying to leave the vault and come back and try and speak with her again, since the quest doesnt activate unles you speak with her. shes bound to not be inside the floor when the cell is reloaded

I've given her the fertalized and done that quest. She just wont leave the floor no matter what I do. Last quest I need to do in there is Hole In The Wall.
