Don't know about deleting all of them but you can change them into eye bots to make them smaller. Just look up eyebot provisioners on google and youll find the link to it on the nexus.
1. Go to the settlement, wait for them and then manually assign them to something else and the supply line will be removed.
2. A much more fun but lengthy and possibly roleplay breaking solution is to simply become overboss of the nuka world raiders and take over your settlements for your new gang. Raider settlements share supplies without the need of supply lines and taking over a settlement will automatically remove all supply lines going to and from that settlement.
Option 2 of course is more fun and saves you waiting so long, but you might not want to be a raider or whatever if you're roleplaying a certain character type.
Does that work for any settlement? Not just vault 88?
Never even knew that existed, then again I've not started the vault DLC yet. I guess OP doesn't have to become a raider after all
The dlc that came out 8 years ago as part of an exceptional batch of actually good additions to the game? "pay to win"?
You're thinking of "private servers on fallout 76".
