federal ration stockpile invisible

Iv'e been running a new play through and recently received the quest to rescue the settler from the federal ration stockpile. Upon arriving at the map location it appears to be missing but as I approach I start bumping into invisible objects. It's there but invisible, anyone haave any idea of what mod might cause this kind of glitch?

Found it... A newer version of greekrage's Sunshine Tidings Wild West style overhaul (Very close to the federal ration stockpile location) was causing the glitch, I went to an older version and the problem no longer exists.
