how come Fallout 4 or any fallout game has never had a page on the workshop?

Nope, that is Bethesda's own modding platform, similar to Nexus or moddb. What you refer to is Creation Club, which is a separate platform offering paid content.

Yeah, but it unfortunately offers just worst versions of mods already available in other platforms. Best thing to do is ignore it and go for your favorite mods in Nexus, which is the main hub for Fallout 4 content.

Some of the Creation club content is pretty decent actually. The astronaut power armour one gives you a nice location to explore in addition to the PA suits

I have a few creation club items, don't use other mods at all. Like anything, some are good, some are a waste of time.

No, why would you think paying for something would mean you would get 'quality'. Most of the CC stuff is either garbage or you can get equal or better quality free from people who do this stuff for a hobby.

if i use the mods on Bethesda.net work they the same as in workshop on steam or do i have to do the same work as if i dowload it from Nexusmods?

All the mods i put on in the Mods section, when it worked, are still on, but I want to delete select mods. I thought I found the code for the Plague Doctors mod and deleted it manually from the Mods section, but it is still installed. How do I remove it?
