I see you have over 100 hrs in the game but a lot has changed with this game since release. Just to establish a baseline, go to the top of the Steam window, click Help, System Information, and copy and paste everything here.

hope this can help and thank you for taking the time

If you've recently reinstalled the game, chances are you've also installed the HD texture pack by default. Your rig can't handle that so make sure you uncheck it in the DLC tab in your Fallout 4 properties.

Also set your video settings on LOW and see if your game launches. If fullscreen doesn't work, try borderless windowed mode.

Since you uninstalled it again, go to the game folder in C:/Program Files[x86]/Steam/steamapps/common/Fallout 4 and delete anything remaining in the folder. Then go to Documents/My Games/Fallout 4 and delete the Fallout4.ini and the Fallout4Prefs.ini. That will allow you to do a clean reinstall of the game.

You have 100 hours into the game and only 5 Achievements. You had mods installed and sometimes not all mod files are removed from the game folder when you uninstall the game. That could be part of why it won't launch now. A clean reinstall will fix that.

Can't walk? Need a bit more info.

Your keyboard isn't working? Unplug your controller and if you use it, shut down Overwolf from running in the background.

Verify the integrity of the game files.

Beyond that, what do you mean you can't walk?

what i ment is that any other game or program recogniced the inputs from the keyboard but fallout didnt, could not even open the pause menu or the pipboy, only inputs it recogniced where those from rotation of the camera with the mouse. But never mind, it was a problem with the save, it had some problems loading and once in it didnt want to recognice any input. Just created a new save and done

Great that you found the problem.

You probably need to buy some paid mod credits.
