I have not downloaded the mod as it adds 1,500+ items to the build menu and many of those would be duplicates of ones I already have. I may add it in the future if I do an Institute themed settlement. The mod has Many Institute items that I haven't seen in any other mod.
The lounge chairs in the mod are described as IKEA furniture and are not the exact same as the vanilla games broken loungers. The author also states that the loungers are "Buggy". There are screens of the chairs on the mods page.
Overall, the mod has many worthwhile items in it that you may find useful.
Edit; Homemaker does not have lounge chairs.
