My F4SE says that my fallout 4 is outdated and needs to update to the creation club update

So I have heard about the F4SE and creation club issue after the creation club update I have to put my F4SE to an outdated version of fallout so, I will not experience any bugs within the F4SE and creation club but after that, I decided to play F4SE but then I got an error message that says this

"Your are using Fallout version 1.10.26, which is out of date and incompatible with this version of F4SE. Update to the latest version."

So what should I do? Should I have to go update my F4SE or something else?

JUST TO MAKE THINGS EASIER IS NOT MY F4SE FILES THAT ARE OUTDATED IS MY FALLOUT 4 GAME OUTDATED

UPDATE: So im back from trying to upadte my F4SE just in case and is still the same thing so i tried to update my game so i decided to go in the game launcher and play the game and i though that steam will be alerted that my fallout 4.exe file is outdated and update it but i was wrong instead it did nothing so i went in my fallout 4.exe details and this is the version 1.10.26.0 but F4SE thinks that im using 1.10.26 is this a bug or im i being really dumb here?

If you are trying to use an old version of the game you also need an old version of F4SE.

But unless you are waiting for a specific mod to update you might as well use the latest version of the game and the latest version of F4SE.

Per profile you got the Steam versioln of Fallout 4 and due to auto update most likely you have the latest FO4 executable as well. So again, update F4SE as it's setup to pair with the latest steam version

None.

The issue is solely waiting for new versions of F4SE and the associated mods to match the new game version. Game last updated a week or so ago, so everything pretty much has new versions out now.

i just reinstalled my fallout 4 yesterday and i reinstalled my F4SE file so i just need to use the updated version of the original fallout 4 exe file

The latest version of Fallout 4, which the latest version of F4SE is made for, is 1.10.40. Try manually updating Fallout 4 through Steam.

Like I said, unless you have a specific mod that won't work with the latest version of Fallout 4, just updating everything is the best option.

1.10.26 is the previous version of Fallout 4.

If you did that rollback thing from the video you might need to get Steam to verify your files before it will know you need an update.

yeah i did use steam console command and got a outdated exe file and replace the up to date exe to a out to date exe but i made a mistake doing that but since im a idiot and sorry for wasting your time how do i update? Do i have to wait for steam to detect it or is there a way for me to manually do it?

In your library, right click Fallout 4 and choose properties. Then in the files tab choose the verify files option. It will update your old exe to the current one.
