Vault 88 slot machine bug/broken, please help!

So I power the slot machine and connect it to a terminal but the screen just sits and does nothing, saying "initializing..." Ive sat there for 5 minutes, I have reloaded my saves half a dozen times, hooked it up to power/terminals in different ways each time. I just cant figure out what is going wrong. I cant get to point where your supposed to let Clem use for an hour because I cant set the program for it via the terminal.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

sounds you got more then one Terminal on the same Power network?
If so look on the other Terminal ;)
