Gilded Grasshopper despawned!

I had the Gilded Grasshopper on display at Home Plate and I saved and exited. When I came back on, it was gone. I already tried going back to Fanuil Hall and it wasnt there either. Whan do I do?

That happened to me as well at the red rocket truck stop.
Turns out it fell under the floor; if you turn noclip on and go into the ground it might still be there.
Well, either that or it fell into the void.

Use the console to spawn another one?

It never disappeared on me. I've had it on display at Spectacle Island for 2 game years with no issues. But, it seems for some players it eventually returns to the top of the dome where you find it.

If you just want to get it back to display, adding one to your inventory will accomplish that. And, the one you add via console won't ever disappear.

Don't know if you've ever used the console, so;

Open the console [~], then type; player.additem 000229fd 1 and hit Enter, then close the console [~]. That will add 1 Gilded Grasshopper to your inventory.

it's bug. find it back on its Spire.
