Open Fallout 4 data folder and look in the mesh folder to see the meshes are there.
Your problem suggests the meshes are not in the mesh folder correctly. In fact that is the problem for sure, in some way.

Modding takes some effort and knowledge and practice. Modding is awsome once the basics are known.
Dont use mod managers. Always install manually because it is drag and drop difficutly and if someone cant do that they shouldnt be modding at all.
The meshes are there for the weapons affected and they are nif files.
Like was said before maybe its the ini files.
Those 2 youtube videos explain everything. Its how i learned. Watch them until its clear. Pause and stuff. :)
Make shortcuts on desktop to the relevant folders for modding. Modding 101.
I checked both files and they are correct.
However, if that doesn’t work..............
At this point, you may have to wipe the slate clean and start fresh, up to and including a clean reinstall of the game. If you go this route, just install ONE mod and concentrate on getting it to work. Then go for the rest.
I wish I had better news for you but there’s really no magic bullet here, especially since you say you tried everything suggested here.
Thanks I will try that
If you install NifSkope for example, you could right click on one of the meshes and then tell windows to always open with NifSkope. That would create a new association with NifSkope and get rid of the one with WMP.
Would using NifSkope fix the mesh issue?
