How to use free cam
I know there is a
"tfc" command
but I want to take a screenshot with my character in it but it dissapears, so is there any way to fix this

have you tried "tfc 1"? This should also freez the whole animations too, I use this for screenshots and my character never dissapeares if i type "tfc 1".

I fixed it, had to go third person first

There is also a way to freeze the game, then you can go into thridperson, then into freecam, I use this when im trying to get a shot of a head exploding or something, because thirdperson aiming sucks

There are a series of commands that are useful for making screenshots. Go here:
https://fallout.fandom.com/wiki/Fallout_4_console_commands
then start reading at ToggleGamePause.

console command is "TGP' to do a total game pause.
