Stuck at main screen

Hello , I bought Fallout 4 , 3 days ago , downloaded it , when I open it I get to the main menu but I am stuck there , I am able to open the console and all my keys are working , my gamepad is not attacched to my pc.

I just found a fix. Check if you have your controller pluged in. If you do plug it out. Then it should work. It worked for me

To anyone who has this problem I suggest you to first unplug your controller and then follow this guide :
1.Go to %USERPROFILE%\Documents\my games\Fallout4
2.Open fallout4prefs.ini, find bGamepadEnable and set it to 0.
3.Save the file and start the game.
