Help with Beantown Interiors Drunken Gnome Quest (spoilers, I guess)

Hey everyone. I have been trying to collect all the Drunken Gnomes for the quest added by chucksteel's Beantown Interiors mod. This is NOT the Standalone version. I am having a helluva a lot of trouble locating one of these little bastards. I know I found him before and I know where. At least I think so. It was a while since I last played and a lot has gone on since then. Anyways that's besides the point.

The little bastard in question is called Sergeant Shultz or something like that and I think he is supposed to be at Relay Tower OMC-810. However I have cased the damn place like 200 times aalready and no mas. The guy isn't there.

So has anyone found him before? If so, where at?

I had PAM run an analysis of the found BI Gnomes so far using a sector map from GamePressure (which divides the map up quite nicely), using the following data:

Sanctuary - 3
Malden - 3
Salem - 1
Ft Hagen - 2
Cambridge - 2 (3 if the Constitution has not moved)
Boston Central 6 (5 if the Constitution has not moved)
The Castle (including Boston Airport) - 3
The Glowing Sea - 2
South Boston - 2

Nuka World - 5
Far Harbor - 5

Since Chuck admitted to placing at least two Gnomes in each Sector (Zone, Area, etc) Salem looks like a likely area search. There is one at the Salem Witchcraft Museum. Any other ideas?

Sorry I have not posted in a while...been out of the area for the last few weeks...hopefully will be back and join the hunt for the last few...have 8 boston blasters and 4 of the GOS...still doing ok but have a total of 44 gnomes with above included...so I think I have 32 drunken gnomes...anyway....you all have been busy...I did update [page 8 for the boston blasters too...good hunting everyone...

Would the "salem zone" include the one in Makra Fishpacking and the one across from the witchcraft museum?

I just looked at the map. Zone M3- salem definitely has at least 3.
M3 includes fort strong. (BI, GoS, and a blaster)

Found Whiskey ♥♥♥♥ which was number 35. That gave a new quest to find their hideout which lead me to Goodneighbor where I found Alcohol Abuse Center and another gnome named Norm. Not sure what the next step in the quest is.

i don`t think anyone`s listed the blaster in the combat zone and the mutant in big john`s salvage.

I found him West of Nahant along the road heading back toward Lynn. On the South side near the water. The quest then has you look for the hideout but I am not sure what you do after you find it.

i believe the final reward for beantown interiors was the final house. no more quests. for it

Interesting, the quest is still open on my log and the quest marker moves with me because I picked up the key. If that was the end I would think it would close. In any event it was good to search for them. Now I need to find a new adventure.
