The other issue is your GPU. Try doing a clean install of updated drivers.
Also, please post your full system specs as seen by Steam. That is the only way someone will be able to help you further. Go to Help at the top of your Steam window, then System Information. Copy and paste the results here.
Edit; This may not help your particular problem but, try going to the Options menu, Advanced and uncheck the box for "Wetness".
Don't be so ungrateful! CC is exactly what we needed!
1. Create a mod that fixes many game breaking bugs and other annoyances
2. Sell it for 400,- USD to the publisher
3. Watch it sell on CC for 5,- USD each to legions of console peasants
4. PROFIT! (For Bugthe$da, not for you my dear modder)

Plus, try unchecking the box for Wetness.
Are you running any graphics, weather, lighting or fog mods?
Edit; You could try just running off one monitor to test.
I missed where you said your drivers are up to date, sorry. :)
i am running some lights and weather mods
enhanced lights and FX
True storms
Vivid weathers
(and the weather synergy merge patch)
Unless they've been pacthed in the last 5 months to be compatible, you are not suppose to run True Storms and any of the Vivid mods at the same time. If they're working ok that's great.
LOL, is that patch to make True Storms and Vivid weathers compatible?
they work fine toghether dont see why some pixels would mess up
As to what causes the glitch, well...
taught it was marble but seems to be only happening in Thicket Excavations
It's that quarry that is the problem. It was worse when the game first released. Used to be you fell through the rocks and down a few levels.
Fast traveling away and returning usually fixes it.
