best thing to do to get more fps is turning down settings, particularly god rays on low, shadows set to medium with medium shadow distance, and lower object distances.

They are just a little bit blocky.
Since this doesn't use an ESP, I use JSGME like I do with all straight up texture replacements - headache free.

Texture Optimization Project is best for performance but personally the visual loss is too much for me, mainly the grass, which looks terrible IMO.
ITTRPM has been taken down :(
Personally I use OVT and overwrite all of it with Vivid Fallout.
They are based off the HD official texture pack but have been tremendously sharpened and enhanced as well as reduced in size and optimized.
