This scraps 99% of everything. And I know it scraps the Red Rocket, because I've done it.
I know I installed one that allows the scrapping of most things so I could clean up some of those trash piles it also added the ability to scrap the red rocket building and the ruined airport part at boston airport. It is very easy to accidently scrap these if not paying attention to the confirmation popup.
Be careful scrapping ♥♥♥♥.

I actually gave up from SE - for now - after getting too much slowdowns in some of the settlements. Not all of them though. I will check how the mod works with my new system, when I buy a new computer at December. I suspect that breaking PreCombined meshes will cause some issues even then, if using expanded settlement size mods or ingame methods to expand it.
Otherwise SE is working fine and it is far better than out of date Spring Cleaning. SE is going to get MCM support soon, which will make it's scrap lists a lot easier to use. Right now the only way to manage them is to edit them in xEdit.
Which absolutely no one does, except hard core modders and tweakers.
So they break the game and come on the forums to complain how Bethesda made a broken game and how they should burn in hell.
The usual stuff.
You tend to see it(sadly) on the modders mod page though. This is frustrating because it's usually the user's fault. Something that I would mention about Scrap mods is that they can accidentally scrap markers and other assets which are invisible in the game world. The only thing I've noticed in this regard are NPC markers, and that might include the navmeshes. I have yet to see other stuff. It does however tell you what it is targeting before you hit the E key. It will tell you that you are pointing at an NPC marker.
eh.. It's a bit risky scrapping stuff anyway. But if you point at the Red Rocket you can scrap it. Use at own risk I guess :/
