It's a throw up between the Mirk queens and the Legendary alpha Deathclaws.

So leg alpha deathclaw is the hardest.I never thought that the mirk queen is a hard enemy cause i am just using a big boy xd

The Acid is what makes mirk queens deadly. On survival mid-level it can drain your health in about 5 seconds.

The worst enemy in the game is that damn map glitch that makes you stuck unless you are able to fast travel, something that completely fucks you up if you're in survival.

Maybe a really high level gunner. Because they have plasma weapons.

deathclaws and melee-only monsters are not dangerous at all unless caught in the open, you can easily circle structures, go inside small areas, shoot them from up high, easy to kill such deathclaws no matter the type. The hardest are those with a powerful distance attack that prevents you from easily sitting on a chair on top of something or inside a little room and blasting them till they are dead. I shot down an legendary alpha deathclaw from the top of a little tower just yesterday with my laser rifle. Took a while, but when they can't shoot back, too easy. Was at some place with a alarm at the top of the tower, brought him right into my sites. He ran off, just stood in 1 spot and let me blast him. How can that be the hardest in the game lol.

I have a lot of trouble with plasma weapon wieldng Children of Atom.

Just take rad-x, radaway and purified water or stimpacks and you will be fine with those gamma gun users

A particularly high-level glowing ghoul (legendary or not) can wreck you and other mobs in moments. At least you could run into doorways or other cover against larger enemies.

High-level Assaultrons are the same, the ones that go invisible. They're worse than sentry bots imo. Incidently have you ever noticed that sentry bots'll wreck you but when you get them on your side with the perk, they're absolutely f***ing useless. The only way it might take something out is when it explodes.
