Is there any power armor better than full X-01 MK VI?

Other than that, I would say no, not without mods.

Better is a matter of general opinion. I often stick with T-45 and T-51 because they're cheap and easy to repair. Though provide less protection than T-60 and X01. Context being, I prefer cheaper power armor because it's easier to deal with vs superior, so in that respect I find earlier ones better for general use. So meh. lol

Lucky for you Mods are Free and Don't require you to have plus 11 intelligence to use.

Unless you prefer to not play without mods then that's fine too.

Well, I would recommend at least the Unofficial Patch, fixing quite a few vanilla bugs. If you are worried about achievements, there are mods that reenable them in a modded game.

Other than that, the answer is - yes.

'Best' is subjective. It is the strongest yes, but it is also the most expensive to maintain. I personally prefer the 45 because it is the easiest to maintain, using nothing but Steel, which makes it especially easy to maintain in 'dungeons' and while exploring as well compared to the expensive X-01.

X-01 VI has the best stats of all power armor in an unmodded game.

If you get the Creation Club stuff, the Hellfire VI set has the same Ballistic resistance, better Energy resistance, but the chest piece has around 550 HP(about 200 less?). You can get the CC stuff for free.
