Getting Danse Out of Power Armor Via Console Commands Questions

Hello!

So I want to try and make Danse get out of his power armor. I know it is do-able via console commands. Which console command do I use? I watched vids on YouTube, and ppl said u need a double bed or smth?

Also, does he become weaker without power suit and is it possible to make him get back in it afterwards?

There's a mod on the nexus to have him enter and exit his power armor with just a conversation option, I'll see if I can find a link.

But, do you know if he becomes any weaker without power armor? Or his stats remain same?
