You'll have to give yourself a pipboy to access the menu, or manually equip weapons by their id.
help "weapon name" 0
or
help "part of weapon name" 0
then
player.equipitem weaponid
First, in the introduction, open the console and type riel 0.
That should enable fighting and stuff like that.
Second, if you go here: http://www.cheatcc.com/pc/fallout4objectidcodes.html
you can find object id's.
Open the console again, and type in player.equipItem [object id]
without the [ ] of course.
It should then tell you that you have gotten the item.
If it's a weapon for example, an assault rifle, just hold R you pull it out.
Example: player.equipItem 0000463F
Gives you an assault rifle.
Enjoy :D
No problem :D Check out my demonstration
