Can't scrap certain things (Spring Cleaning mod)

I can't interact with many objects that I previously could, like candles, furnaces, garbage piles, etc.
There are also a lot of large areas in Sanctuary that count as "no longer in the build zone."
But even where building works correctly, there still are certain things (many) that can't be scrapped or interacted with. Anyone know whats up?

I don't have that specific one, I use the "Scrap Everything" mod - but IT needs to be at the very bottom of the load order. Maybe try that?

Concur, scrap everything is the better mod - spring cleaning will leave you with lots of stuff throughout the commonwealth unscrappable that scrap everything allows you to remove
