creation club update ruined my fallout 4

alright. i recently wanted to play fallout 4 and knew the creation club had been released. so i updated the game so i could play. only it won't launch. if i try to launch through steam, i get the infinite launcher bug. if i try to launch through F4SE after updating it, it crashes. i've tried disabling all mods, verifying the game cache and restarting both my computer and steam and launching steam in offline mode. nothing is working.

anyone else having issue? is there a fix or is my game royally screwed until the high and mighty bethesda fixes their screw up?

So, the CC update did not break your game? Mods have to be updated, part of the moddinng process, not an f'n conspiracy.

okay then, i did a complete wipe of my mods and reinstalled the game and have nothing else in the files but the original game files and dlc and the game still doesn't work

Got to remember, less than 100 years ago everyone walked or took other healthy forms of transit. Wasnt really until the 50's that cars really got common and that was only 67 years ago. How things change so quickly. :) However, nature does not.

Great! delete the Fallout4.ini and Fallout4prefs.ini files from the My Games folder, then check the integrity of the game files by steam. This solves the problem with the game launcher.
Reinstalling the game is not necessary..

Just roll back to 1.9.4, this update only adds CC, which is useless.

It's not beta, it's live.

And I cannot get the game to work without CTDing every 10-20 minutes in-game after updating. Already tried every trick in the book for troubleshooting, besides error logging and patching the game myself. Been trying to get a stock, vanilla game, no mods working while playing new saves only. Nothing solves the issue.

THIS IS THE SOLUTION AS REGARDS THE LAUNCHER OF THE GAME.
Now the game starts and the creation club appears in the menu..

For F4SE some mods need to upgrade with the latest version..

I BELIEVE THEY SHOULD HAVE MADE THIS "downgrade", INTO A dlc patch. I don't believe that People who have spent all the money "FOR EVERY DLC. the game has to offer", Should be FORCED to take an Update which they do not even want. It runs in the background and uses resources which the WANTED, DLCs Could be using. I went from over 60 FPS, Down to 15- 30 since this "UPDATE". Personally, I believe they should be Giving People Refunds now. BECAUSE , The game is totally Un-Playable.

Bethesda cannot make Nexus go away, so they release updates that break the most popular mods. At some point the mod authors will move on and no longer provide updates. It is a war of attrition that Bethesda is well positioned to win. They are playing the long game, and the community as fools.

What I am saying is that I have 16 gigs of ram, have a 8 core processor and 2 Saphire graphics cards each with 4 gigs of vram. and "without ", any Mods. the game is unplayable because the new addition, (which was FORCED, on us all), is to hard on my system resources. And totally Un-Necesary for me to have. They should have given us a choice to have it or not to.
