I assume so since you updated the "cache".
'cause game Update always breaks the Fallout script extender (F4SE), a framework many Mods rely up on.
You will need to update the script extender: http://f4se.silverlock.org/ to the latest version also.
Be aware some mods might not be compatible with the latest Version yet.
Thats all i have until you post a complete list of all your mods including their load-order.
also your mod list is a mess, seems many of them overwrite eache other, don't seem to be the actual load order either, not even sure which CBBE Bodytexture is acually in use.
You even have 2 Different water Resulutions installed.
However, the texture replaceers are the smallest issue.
To me it sounds like some script is stuck for some reason.
"Jezbel" is a Robobrain Head from automatron, maybe one of the automatron related mods is to blame.
Also yeah, I've overwritten a bunch of mods over eachother, but they were all texture mods, which yet again, is the smallest issue. I'll have a look at the mods that mess with the automatron stuff.
And no, that's not the load order. I've just copy-pasted my full mod list.
I since uninstalled Fallout 4 to make room for other games.
The other reason might have been that bug.
