Cranberry Island generator 2 bug

Hi there
Can anybody help me with this?
Trying to get the Cranberry Island generators running I get no possibility of interaction when standing in front of the No. 2 switchboard.
Any workaround?
Any console help?
And, yes, the No. 2 light at the bunker stays dark and the door is shut.
Slightly frustrating....

Solved.

Seems you can wait out the problem.
Whith the relevant cell refreshed (Sure sign: The wolves are back.) the switchboard was accessible and from then the whole mini-quest was easy.

Case closed.
