Problem with "old guns" quest

After retaking the fortress for the minuteman, you have to build and assign a gun. Having done that you have to create smoke in a certain area. I cant figure out how to do that.
In the data is mentioned that tou have to throw a "smoke flare grenade" (or something like that). But I dont have such a device. Firing normal flares with the flare gun doesnt work, also I dont find smoke grenade in the game, not even in the shops. Am I missing something ?

Any help or suggestions are welcome.

it's inside the armory where you've first gotten the schematic for artillery pieces. they're called artillery smoke grenade.

Thanks guys, I figured it out. I didnt realize these thing were grenades to throw, I thought they were supposed to be fired from the guns themselves :)

just be careful with where you throw them because of the collateral.

Be careful, indeed, since even if you throw the artillery smoke grenade from a perfect cover and you are hidden completely, all enemies around will instantly go cautious and advance directly towards your position.

Fortunately, the modding community has already provided a fix.
